How to receive an awarded grant:

• Grant Payment — The Foundation will send the check for the contracted amount upon the receipt and approval of the performance Final Report. It may take as long as three weeks before the grant is mailed. If the payment must be made immediately, please let us know by phone call, email, or both.  
• Submission of Final Report — Within 90 days of completing the last performance that is covered by the application, the Final Report must be submitted by email to: [email protected].
  • If the final report is not received in a timely manner, the organization may be disqualified for receiving grants from us in the future.
• Email the Final Report to [email protected].
