The Foundation does not fund:

• Individuals
• Multi-year requests
• General fundraising campaigns or events.
• Capital campaigns
• Endowments
• Purchase of musical instruments
• Performances outside of the United States or Japan
• Candidates for political office or legislative influence
• Sectarian or religious causes
